In your opinion, is WALMART responsible for that worker being trampled/killed by the shoppers rushing in?
I think so.
I have been in a WALMART store on Black Friday when the ‘goodies’ go on sale.
The salespeople stood back and laughed while the shoppers ‘reached and grabbed’ for discount TVs, reduced toys, and sale items.
I then overheard the same workers remarking that the store had more of the ‘goodies’ in the on-site warehouse!
Since WALMART created the frenzy, then WALMART needs to be made to pay!
